ЗНАЧЕНИЕ ИНФЕКЦИИ H. PYLORI В РАЗВИТИИ ДЕФИЦИТА ЖЕЛЕЗА

Аннотация

В статье проанализированы результаты последних исследований по взаимосвязи железодефицита, железодефицитной анемии и инфекции H. Pylori. Приведены результаты последних эпидемиологических исследований сочетания данных заболеваний и предлагаемые теории патогенеза железодефицита при инфицированности НР, в том числе роли хронического воспаления, поддерживаемого НР в формировании анемии хронических заболеваний.
